Here's a fun, short "How 2 Make a Website" video (less than 2 minutes!) that provides a great look at just how easy it is to make a website.  I wish I could take credit for it because it's a lot better than any video I could do but I grabbed it off the Act Now Domains website (here). 

It really is as easy as they say.  I like the Act Now Domains website builder shown in the video and that's the one I recommend to my friends and family.  Regardless of who you go with, the key is to go with a great company that offers great support and has an easy web builder.
